叠螺式污泥脱水机是集全自动PLC控制柜、污泥浓缩脱水本体及絮凝箱于一体，可在全自动运行的条件下，实现高效的絮凝，连续完成污泥浓缩压榨脱水工作，将收集的滤液回流或排放，脱水的污泥排出。
叠螺式污泥脱水机的主体是由多重固定环及垫圈和游动环组成，螺旋轴贯穿其中形成过滤装置，前段为浓缩部分，后段为脱水部分，将污泥的浓缩和压榨脱水在一起完成，以独特微妙的滤体结构取代了传统的滤布和离心的过滤方式。

工作原理 Working principle
浓缩
当螺旋轴转动时，设在螺旋轴外围的多重动定叠片相对移动，在重力的作用下，水从相对移动的叠片间隙中滤出，实现污水的快速浓缩。
脱水
经过浓缩的污泥随着螺旋轴的转动不断往前往上移动，螺旋轴的螺距逐渐变小，环与环之间的间隙也逐渐变小，螺旋腔的空间也不断收缩，在背压板的作用之下，内压逐渐增强，在螺旋轴的连续运转推动下，污泥中的水份受挤压排出，滤饼含固量不断升高，最终实现污泥的连续脱水。
自动清洗
螺旋轴的旋转，推动游动环的不断转动，设备依靠固定环与游动环之间的移动实现连续的自清洗过程，从而避免了传统脱水机普遍存在的堵塞问题。
